Katja joined Oliver Parks in 2014, bringing with her valuable tech recruitment expertise and a uniquely positive, can-do approach. She has gone from strength to strength at Oliver Parks, and currently manages the Finnish team. Katja is always up for a good challenge, and enjoys finding the “unicorn” candidates that clients didn’t believe existed. She has built long-lasting relationships with candidates and clients alike, and gets great satisfaction in helping them both find their perfect match.
Katja grew up in Vaasa, Finland, before moving to Espoo (near Helsinki) as a teenager. When she is not in the office, you will find her with her family exploring the country or seaside. Katja is also not one to shy away from a building project and really enjoys interior design.
