Oliver Parks will only retain personal information for one of the following lawful reasons: Contract, Consent or Legitimate Interest. The purpose of retaining personal information is to match candidates to potential job opportunities, unless we reasonably consider that we need to use it for another reason and that reason is compatible with the original purpose. All personal data Oliver Parks holds is obtained directly from the individual or public sources. Individuals have the right to request Oliver Parks correct, amend or delete any personal data held by us or sub-processors at any time. Oliver Parks will fulfil such requests within one month, unless deemed complex or numerous. Personal data is held for eight years since last contact. Oliver Parks complies with the GDPR and all EU and UK data protection laws.
