Oliver Parks continues to strengthen its partnership with the announcement of two internal promotions across the business’s key markets in Germany and the United States.
The announcement highlights Oliver Parks’ commitment to growth across a number of growing technology sectors and ensures a broader depth of experience at the partnership level. The new partners, Tom Pollock and Hendrik Kuhlmann, have been promoted from their positions as Senior Managers. Both Tom and Hendrik have worked diligently over the years, receiving several promotions as they developed their respective teams, before ultimately being awarded partnership status. Everyone at Oliver Parks is pleased to see the promotions, and looking forward to supporting them in their new capacity as partners.
Tom has been with Oliver Parks since its inception and leads Oliver Parks' U.S. division. Tom has over 10 years of experience in search-based recruitment and has built out several markets during his time at Oliver Parks across different countries and technologies. Currently Tom’s team focus specifically on ERP, CRM, Business Intelligence and cloud-based technologies. Tom’s aim is to ensure the U.S. division stays on the leading edge of recruitment expertise, as new technologies emerge and the sector evolves.
Hendrik joined Oliver Parks in 2014 having started his recruitment career in 2010. He has played an integral part in building the company’s German-speaking division. Hendrik’s team focuses on finding both technical and functional candidates for clients in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. His aim is to continue to grow the German team at Oliver Parks, and strengthen its presence in its core markets.

The announcement comes as part of the continued expansion of the Oliver Parks team. With five new consultants having joined the company in recent months, Oliver Parks is building its consultant base across all key sectors as demand rises for candidates to fill technology roles. The company’s consultants focus on building long-term relationships—making them aware of individuals who may want to progress their career before they are on the open job market.
